If I am sure that I want to have on offshore firm, how to go about it?
Best way is to start off by register for an account at this site where you can browse legal agents in the offshore countries and get in touch with some local firm which can give you the required information about offshore company formation and tax havens. Study the local market and try to avoid middle men. Study the law of the place where you want to have your firm. After doing this, you are all set to have your firm offshore.
