ASSETS PLEDGED TO OFFSHORE BANK

1 If I pledge assets from here in the US, can my bank offshore get some type of guarantee from there bank to use for investments? Such as a Bank letter of credit, or Bank Guarantee.

3 Thanks for the reply. I have access to Diamonds, land, and gold mines plus a ownership in one of the oldest Uranium mines in the country. But instead of selling these I want to assign them to my company in Switzerland. I also have a UCC-1 worth 1Billion and I want to assign this as well. Can you give me some advice?
